Adam Gilbert is a third-generation resident of Palm Springs and entrepreneur involved in various fields related to real estate. Adam began his career as a civil litigation attorney and quickly found his passion for real estate focusing his skills on Sales and Development. As a principal and broker of Gilbert Avriette Inc., Adam leads a team of 11 dedicated agents with offices in Palm Springs & Palm Desert, CA, who specialize in: residential, commercial & land acquisition.

Adam also has extensive experience working on all aspects of development projects including land acquisition, obtaining entitlements and build out. His personal successes have included the rezoning of an entire block to produce a higher and better use for the properties on that block, a hotel development project, and the build-out of residential homes throughout the Coachella Valley. Adam is able to use this expertise to provide advice and consultation to potential buyers of his real estate listings.
Adam also serves as of counsel as a third generation member at his family’s law practice Gilbert & Bourke LLP where he takes on specialized cases and was named a Palm Springs Life Top Lawyer in 2017 & 2018.

In his personal life Adam is married to Palm Springs city council member Christy Gilbert Holstege and served as campaign manager of her successful campaign in November 2017. Adam is also very involved in the community and currently acting as President of the Board of Directors for the Palm Springs Boys and Girls Club and serving as a board member of Temple Isaiah and Cielo Vista Charter School.
